Booking and Re-Booking Fee

A 50% booking fee (50% of your total treatment value) is required to secure all bookings over 30 minutes. It is used as a deposit towards your appointment value. This is a non-refundable and non-transferable fee. In the case of a no-show or cancellation within the 24 hour period, the booking fee will be used as a cancellation fee. Re-booking will be treated as a new booking and will require a new booking fee.

Please Arrive On Time!

Arriving on time or 5 minutes early will ensure that you get 100% of your booking time. If you are late to your appointment we will not be able to go over time, as this will run in to the next persons booking. You may have the treatment cut short and still be charged the full treatment value. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and booking fees will apply.


Not showing up for your appointment will result in being charged the remaining 50% of your treatment value. This will be added to your next appointment total or charged to your card on file. We will notify you before doing so.

24 hour Booking and Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. If the appointment is cancelled without 24 hours notice the booking fee will be used as a cancellation fee. Bookings made within 24 hours need to be cancelled with at least 4 hours notice or booking fees will be used as a cancellation fee.

Online Booking Policy

A booking fee is required for all online bookings. At the moment our booking system does not take payments. All online bookings will require a phone number and will be contacted to take the booking fee. Cancellation and no-show policies still apply.


We know that sometimes sh*t happens that can't be avoided. We will do our best to use our discretion in these cases and waive the cancellation fee.

Sickness/family illness

If you or someone in your household has a cough, cold, runny nose or infectious illness, please reschedule your appointment. If you do come to your appointment, please understand that we will refuse treatment. This not only prevents it from passing on to us but also us passing it on to other clients.


The cancellation and no-show fees apply to ALL appointments. If your appointment is under 30 minutes, the fee will be added on to your next appointment.


We understand that life is crazy, and sometimes you just can't make it to your appointment. However we reserve a time just for you and in doing so turn away others that might take the booking spot. Not showing up for your appointment or cancelling without notice is costly and means that spot cannot be offered to someone else. We do our best to run on time, because we know time is precious and you have places to be. We respect your time. Please respect ours. Our cancellation and booking policy will apply to every appointment.
